Hi, I just wanted to drop a comment to tell you how wonderful your staff has treated me---most notably Karen at the front desk. She is such a genuinely kind and caring person and really makes you feel welcomed. The other day I was having dinner at a local restaurant and she came up to me to say "hi" and even remembered my name--(I had only spoken with her a couple of times before).
